The Mornington Racing Club welcomes owners to the Mornington Racecourse.
The following benefits will apply at all Mornington racemeetings when your horse is racing.


Admission to Racecourse:
Feature Meetings (Mornington Cup & Peninsula Cup) - Admission to the racetrack up to a maximum of 11 tickets per horse. The Managing Owner can access a maximum of 2 tickets.


Non-Feature Meetings: Admission to the racetrack up to a maximum of 22 tickets per horse. The Managing Owner can access a maximum of 4 tickets. Each subsequent owner named in the racebook with an Owners’ Gold Card is entitled to admission for themselves plus one guest – a maximum of 2
tickets.
Guests must accompany the Owners’ Gold Card holder named in the racebook through the turnstile.


In the case of horses with mixed ownership greater than 20 owners, it is the responsibility of the managing owner to coordinate ticketing. Owners will be able to access up to 22 individual complimentary Owners’ Gold Card admissions per horse.

 

Members’ Enclosure Access:
The Owners’ Day Pass that you and your guests are issued with will admit you into the Members’ Enclosure. Dress codes do apply. Gentlemen must wear neat casual. Covered footwear with socks are required to gain access inside of the top level of the Grandstand.


Owners including partnerships and/or syndicates (Non-Feature Meeting):
Maximum of 22 tickets per horse allocated on the following basis:


• Managing owner can access a maximum of 4 tickets.


• Each subsequent named owner in the racebook is entitled to a members’ ticket and members’guest pass up to a maximum allocation of 22 tickets per horse.


• For horses owned solely by a syndicate, each syndicate member is entitled to one members’ pass up to the maximum allocation of 22 tickets per horse.

 

• Where a horse is owned by named owners in the racebook and a syndicate(s) it is the responsibility of the syndicate manager(s) to coordinate ticketing entitlements with the managing owner of the horse.


Mounting Yard Viewing Area Access: Owners are entitled to access the Mounting Yard Viewing Area only for the race in which their horse is engaged with access passes available from the raceday office.


Mounting Yard Viewing Area access tickets are to be divided between the holders of Owners’ Gold Cards named in the racebook, including syndicate members and are the responsibility of the managing owner.


Owners’ Grandstand Seating: Owners’ grandstand seating is available at Mornington. Access is from the mounting yard, up the staircase near the mounting yard to the top level of the Grandstand. The Reserved seating area is only for the race(s) in which the owner has a horse engaged. The Owners’ grandstand seating area is clearly marked with the Victorian Thoroughbred Owner signage.


Owners’ Car Park Access: The Mornington Racing Club is currently establishing a designated Owners’ Carpark. We apologise for this temporary inconvenience. Once completed, your Owners’ Car Park pass (which is non-transferable) must be displayed on the front window of your car to access to the Owners’ Car Park area. Owners will receive the Owners’ Car Park pass with their Owners’ Gold Card.


Complimentary Racebooks: At all Mornington racemeetings, a complimentary racebook will be provided to named owners in the racebook with an Owners’ Gold Card. Maximum of 10 racebooks per horse.


Owners’ Facilities: Owners will have the use of on course owners’ facilities, including owners’ replay room or dedicated area post race. Owners and guests will receive a complimentary drink or drink voucher which can be redeemed in the owners’ post race area. Complimentary tea, coffee and refreshments will be available in this owners’ post race area.
